Dinner~ 800 calories
The only reason I ate so much at dinner was because I missed 100 at lunch and I do want to get better. These are also rough approximations. I feel grotten today (grim and rotten) so I can't be bothered to move and go check. But I think the numbers are an over estimation. So far I've done no additional exercise.
